Art Editor/Designer
Jenn Hollmeyer. A founding member of the editorial team, Jenn has dueling loves for art and writing. She holds BA degrees in Fine Art and Journalism, and has worked professionally as a graphic designer and marketing copywriter. Her true passions are painting, photography, and creative writing. Her writing has appeared in Art Times, Ariel, Rivulets and recently in Quality Women’s Fiction.

Copy Editor
LeAnn Spencer is the founder and editor of the online magazine A Prairie Journal, an endeavor that offers contributors the opportunity to explore our connection to the land. An accomplished journalist, she has nearly 30 years of experience at the Chicago Tribune as an editor and writer. Since 2003, she has been a regular contributor to and a private publishing consultant. On those days that she’s not at her computer, you might find her walking with her dogs at a nearby prairie.

Assistant Editors
Dale Barrigar's fiction, prose poetry and book reviews have appeared in a variety of print journals and newspapers since the mid-eighties.  His collaborative work with the Jimmy Wynn Ensemble has appeared online in Exquisite Corpse and Admit Two, and has been performed by the authors at a range of venues, from literary conferences to drinking establishments.  He received an MFA in fiction from Wichita State University and a Ph.D. in English-Creative Writing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he currently teaches.  He's received an Illinois Arts Council Literary Award, and is at work on a novel cycle.

Monica Berlin received an MFA from Vermont College. Her poems have appeared in Third Coast, Dislocate, The Artful Dodge, The Missouri Review, horseless review, Midway, among other journals, and anthologized in Manthology (Iowa, 2006). She has published essays on teaching in Profession and with Dalkey Archive. In addition to receiving Pushcart nominations in 2003, 2004 and 2006, she was awarded an Illinois Arts Council grant in 2005. Berlin is an assistant professor at Knox College in Galesburg, IL, where she teaches poetry and fiction, and serves as the associate director for the Program in Creative Writing.

Edward Dougherty teaches at Corning Community College and facilitates writing workshops at schools and writing groups. He earned an M.F.A. in creative writing at Bowling Green State University in Ohio and has published several full-length poetry collections and chapbooks, among other works. In 2007 he received a State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creativity.
